Services Offered
We deliver weekly food hampers directly to families' homes, containing fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, dairy, and store-cupboard essentials. Each hamper feeds a family of four for up to five days. We also include activity packs for children during school holidays.
How to Access This Service
Self-referral by phone or via the Community Connect platform. Professionals (schools, health visitors, social workers) can refer families directly. Eligibility: households with children under 16 experiencing financial hardship.
