Services Offered
We provide emergency fuel vouchers for prepayment meters, help with utility bill arrears, and access to warm home grants. Our advisors also carry out benefit checks to ensure you are receiving all the support you are entitled to, and can help you switch to cheaper energy tariffs.
How to Access This Service
Self-referral by phone or via the Community Connect platform. Professionals (GPs, social workers, housing officers) can also refer. You will need your meter top-up card or recent utility bill.
